Working Principle & Process Flow — DM Drum Mix
Aggregates from calibrated cold bins are proportioned and fed to the rotating drum for drying and heating. Mineral filler and bitumen are metered into the mixing zone, where continuous coating produces uniform hot mix. Bag filters capture dust and maintain negative pressure, while the PLC supervises burner modulation, feeder synchronization, and discharge temperature. The finished asphalt is conveyed to insulated storage silos or directly to trucks, ensuring on-time delivery to highway pavers.
